Meet Your Dietitian

Aloha and Welcome!

I am so happy that you are here.

My name is Shae, a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in pediatric nutrition, food allergies, and intolerances. My passion is helping families feel confident in nourishing their little ones — from first bites to teen years.

I take a personalized, evidence-based, and culturally inclusive approach, helping parents navigate food allergies, picky eating, and balanced meal planning with confidence and ease. Whether it’s introducing solids safely, managing multiple allergies, or finding foods that work for your family, my goal is to make nutrition simple, practical, and empowering.

When I’m not supporting families, you can find me surfing, foiling, paddling or spending time with my loved ones.

As a dedicated pediatric dietitian, Shae Foudy provides holistic approaches to nutrition, ensuring every child receives the support they need for balanced eating and healthy development. Choosing us means partnering with an empathetic professional focused on your family's wellbeing.

How to Get Started:

Waves

1. Book Initial Consult

To begin working together, you have two options to book. I am a provider through Fay Nutrition which will allow you to use your insurance if your plan is in Network with Fay. If not, self pay is the other option. Simply use the online booking tool to schedule your initial family consultation where you can access both booking links. Our first session is a chance for me to get to know your child — and your family — as a whole. During this up to 90-minute visit, I’ll spend time listening to your story, learning about your child’s eating habits, health history, and your family’s goals and routines.

By the end of our session, you’ll walk away with a clear, personalized plan to begin supporting your child’s nutrition and overall wellbeing with confidence and care.

2. Schedule Follow Ups

After our initial consultation, you’ll schedule your follow-up sessions. The frequency of visits depends on your child’s needs, the complexity of their case, and the pace of progress toward your family’s goals. Most families check in every 2–4 weeks until nutrition recommendations are comfortably integrated into daily life or symptoms are well managed.

During these sessions, you’ll receive personalized nutrition education, guidance, and support — helping your child (and family) build lasting, healthy habits with confidence.

3. Maintanence

As we move into continued follow-ups, our focus shifts toward helping your family maintain the healthy habits you’ve built. Together, we’ll create practical strategies and a “nutrition toolbox” that fits your lifestyle — so your child can continue to feel their best, even as life changes.

Once your family has reached your goals, you’re always welcome to check in as needed for ongoing support, growth, and reassurance along your child’s nutrition journey
