We provide virtual nutrition counseling services through a HIPAA complaint video platform to patients in the state of Hawai'i and across the United States. Initial Nutrition Consultation
Your first visit is a comprehensive, up to 90-minute consultation focused on understanding your child’s unique nutrition story. Together, we’ll discuss your child’s health history, current eating patterns, growth, and any medical or behavioral concerns. This session allows me to take a whole-child and whole-family approach, exploring not only what your child eats, but how their environment, lifestyle, and routines influence their nutrition.
By the end of our session, you’ll receive personalized recommendations and a clear plan to begin supporting your child’s nutrition, growth, and wellbeing with confidence.
Follow Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability as you and your child put nutrition recommendations into practice. During these visits, we’ll review progress, discuss any challenges, and make thoughtful adjustments to your child’s plan to ensure continued success.
