Meet Your Dietitian
My Story and Philosophy
Originally from Southern California, I grew up with a deep love for the ocean and a passion for living an active, balanced life. Before becoming a dietitian, I competed professionally as a stand-up paddleboarder, earning a world title in 2018 and representing several major sponsors on the international tour.
But my journey into nutrition started long before that — when I was a child struggling with multiple food allergies. I remember the frustration, confusion, and endless questions my family and I faced as we searched for answers. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others find clarity, healing, and hope through food.
Today, I see a growing need for empathetic, evidence-based pediatric nutrition care — care that looks at the whole child and the whole family. I envision a world where:
-
One less family feels unsure about how to feed their child.
-
One less teen struggles with disordered eating.
-
One more baby thrives because their nutrition needs were met early.
After more than eight years studying how nutrients interact with the body on a cellular level, I combine medical nutrition therapy with compassion and real-world understanding to help children not just survive — but thrive.
