At Shae Foudy LLC, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected events happen. We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining respect for the time reserved for your session.

First-Time Grace Cancellation

We offer a one-time grace cancellation free of charge for your first missed or last-minute appointment.
This means if you need to cancel your first appointment on short notice, you may do so without penalty.

Standard Cancellation Policy

After your initial grace cancellation has been used, the following policy applies:

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or free reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
